Terms of Service

Enrollment

Enrollment in any StringCraft class, workshop, or camp is confirmed upon receipt of a completed registration and applicable tuition or scholarship approval. Class sizes are limited and enrollment is accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

Cancellations & Refunds

Tuition is refundable up to two weeks before a session's start date. Cancellations after this window may be credited toward a future session at the studio's discretion.

Studio Conduct

• Students and visitors are expected to treat instructors, staff, and shared studio equipment with respect
• Safety guidelines provided by instructors for tools and materials must be followed at all times
• The studio reserves the right to dismiss a participant whose conduct disrupts class for others

Photography & Media

Classes and performances may be photographed or recorded for studio archives and promotional use. Families may opt out of media use by notifying the studio office in writing prior to a session's start.

Changes to These Terms

StringCraft may update these terms periodically. Continued enrollment in studio programs constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
